Q How is your packing?

Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.
Q Can you help us to do some detailed design if we only have a picture or sketch?
A Yes,Of course. that is one of our advantages. We offer design assistance service such as graphics and 3D renderings.
Q How do you deal with the Quality Control?
A Our professional inspectors will go through the dimensions, color consistence, and finishing to check every piece of product carefully again and again. Once confirm the quality of products is ok, they will pack the products.
Q How do you deal with the compensation?
A If the products are damaged, we will make the replacement to you. Another way is that once you place the new order, we will give you certain discounts.
